Anything...

It's amazing how much a simple song can describe so much. How the lyrics can seem to be written for one's current situation.

My song for my situation is American Alternative.

The song is called I'd Do Anything and it's performed by a group called Simple Plan.

I heard of the song through an e-mail, that a fangirl had sent me. She had lyrics from it in her signature.

I politely thanked her for the letter, and asked where she had found the song.

She had replied, telling me a location to download it, and had asked why I was so interested in it.

I sent the e-mail with the words I regret to this day.

'I would do anything to have the one I love with me.'

She had replied through an insant message, asking about my e-mail.

Within a minute she had my secret figured out.

'Oh my gosh... You're in love with a duel monster...aren't you?!'

I had denied it, but before I could block her, she really figured me out.

'This gonna sound pretty insane...but...areyouinlovewiththecelticguardian?'

I had logged out immeadiately, blocking her screen name, and her e-mail address. I was furious.

A stupid little girl could figure me out...how many others could?

How many knew what the spark in my eyes was whenever Yugi let out the warrior?

After that, I tried to forget. My brother was the only one who would ever care for me.

But...

I would still do anything to have him...to hold him...to be able to tell him that I cared.

Heh...I could imagine the shock that Yugi and his fan group would have...

The tabloids would have a field day. It would be tabloic gold.

I can see the headline...

"SETO KAIBA HAS RELATIONSHIP WITH DUEL MONSTER!!"

Thinking of that, I laugh bitterly.

I can only wish.
